Q: How does T & D Custom Fences & Decks differ from a typical construction company?

A: We use pressure treated wood from a wood mill and our other materials are quality products from vendors. We do not buy our products from big box stores. We are accountable for the whole creation process. When you work with us, you will work directly with one company that's responsible for both the design and construction of your project, from concept to clean-up.

Q: I'm concerned about people I don't personally know entering my house. How do you manage security?

A: T & D Custom Fences & Decks controls who accesses your house. We don't use subcontractors, so we can guarantee that the same crew will be working on your project day in and day out. We do not employ day laborers. We do not use lock boxes. We value your privacy and respect your home the way we would want ours respected.

Q: Is T & D Custom Fences & Decks licensed?

A: Yes, we are licensed and insured.

Q: What are the advantages of using a Design/Build remodeling company?

A: Since T & D Custom Fences & Decks doesn't outsource your design, the buck stops with us. We design it, we build it, and we take full responsibility for the entire project from concept to clean-up. We're your single point of responsibility for delivering a quality project, on time, on budget, and on schedule.
